Commercial Agreements Manager, Crown Commercial Service
Manisha joined CCS in September 2020 as Commercial Agreements Manager for Heat Networks and ELectricity Generation Assets (HELGA) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). She has managed this agreement for the past year with an ever growing number of buyers and suppliers using HELGA as a compliant route to market when decarbonising their estates.

Previous to working at CCS, Manisha established an extensive energy background having worked for InterGen, managing its 4 Power Stations as part of the trading team; managed and traded, power, gas and water for INEOS and working as a Senior Buyer at  HEINEKEN UK, managing its Energy and Capex procurements.
